About the Asian Center for Democracy
Institute
The Asian Center for Democracy (ACSD) is a
project of CRC that handles specifically projects that are political in
nature. In the past year, the institute has been dealing closely with
the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAF) in the party building efforts of
the ruling LAKAS-NUCD-UMDP. ACSD and KAF have been instrumental in the
definition of LAKAS' ideological platform through the organization of
numerous conferences, studies, and roundtable discussions.
